In September we organized a webinar with our technology partner CPM Global Biomass Group on pelletizing, setting up a pellet plant, biomass resources, and other related subjects.
Thirty companies participated in the event. Among them multinational company Praj Industries, a corporation in the field of bio-based technologies and engineering with a presence all over the world, Ishu Enterprises and Trona Energy. The duration of the webinar was two and a half hours.
The presenters were Peter Coad, Business Segment Manager of CPM, and Prasad Malagavi, Business Developer at NXT TRADE India.
Many topics were discussed. Among them densification of agricultural residues for energy production, form of biomass used for combustion, and raw material storage.
Several of the participating companies showed interest in setting up a pellet plant or investing in the biomass sector.
