NXT and CPM take next step towards strategic growth in India
CPM Holdings, the specialists in process equipment for compound feed, biomass, oilseed, and waste, welcomed Michael Westenberg’s (CEO of the NXT GROUP) market expansion concept for the start-up of the first CPM dealership in the world, in India.
Until now CPM equipment was sold in India on a BTO (build to order) bases. “At the dealership, equipment will ultimately be sold from the showroom floor in India, this to meet the increasing demand in processing equipment and the related support during installation and when operating”, says Westenberg.
In addition, the dealership, in collaboration with leading financial service providers in India, will sell the machines under a financing or lease model. “Think of it as a car dealer – pay either via cash, via financing, or under the lease.” The CPM dealership started its operations in the summer of 2022 and the first deal has meanwhile been closed.
