NXT eCOM Expands its Virtual Amazon Distribution Network
Global Market Expansion Services and Virtual Distribution platform, NXT eCOM, continues its dynamic growth under the umbrella of NXT GROUP with a significant enlargement of its virtual Amazon distribution network in the third quarter of 2023.
In 2022 the platform successfully expanded its organization facilitating European brands’ access to and presence on Amazon marketplaces in key countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, and India. Building on this success, the platform set its sights on establishing the NXT eCOM hub and trading house function in the United States for 2023, with plans to integrate the Amazon US marketplace into its extensive network.
CEO Michael Westenberg of NXT GROUP emphasized that, the expansion is fueled not only by the goal of connecting with Amazon US but also by the growing consumer demand and the persistent drive to optimize supply and value chains within NXT eCOM.
In the third quarter of 2023, NXT eCOM strategically focused on expanding its Virtual Distribution footprint two key markets: India and the United Kingdom.
India:
As the second largest Amazon marketplace globally, with over 350 million visitors per month, establishing a robust presence in the Indian online ecosystem is crucial. Addressing the challenges of regional disparities in product availability, Ms. Amruta Shanbhag, NXT eCOM’s regional finance manager, highlighted the needed expansion of fiscal footprints across five important Indian states. This move allows NXT eCOM to activate Amazon FBA stock positions in six key regions, directly enhancing product availability and reaching a broader Indian consumer base.
Amazon launched in India in 2013 and the country has recently surpassed the U.K. and Germany marketplaces to became the second largest one in terms of the number of sellers.
United Kingdom:
The aftermath of Brexit posed challenges for European mainland brands accessing the U.K. market due to imposed customs regulations. However, Michael Westenberg emphasized that the demand for European products in the U.K. remains robust. To address this, NXT eCOM took the initiative to establish a fiscal footprint in the UK, streamlining local stock management possibilities.
As of October 2023, European brands can access NXT eCOM’s Virtual Amazon Distribution network in the United Kingdom, providing a hassle-free alternative for brands looking to re-enter the UK market without dealing with customs complexities.
Is this the culmination of NXT eCOM’s growth? Michael Westenberg firmly states, “No.” The company’s commitment to global Amazon presence and dominance remains unwavering. As one of their esteemed partners aptly puts it, “together, we are going for global Amazon presence and dominance.” NXT eCOM is prepared to brings it’s Virtual Logistics and Distribution capabilities wherever Amazon takes them, ensuring a continuous expansion to meet the evolving needs of the global e-commerce landscape.
